Perte d acces aux persistent chat room

Problème :

Vous rencontrez un message d'erreur sur Lync / Skype for business de ce type :

Et les chats Rooms ne sont plus accessibles.

Debug :

Sur le serveur de Persistant Chat Room vous avez l'erreur suivante au niveau de l'event viewer :

Microsoft Lync Server 2013, Persistent Chat could not start due to the following exception:

Microsoft.Rtc.Internal.Chat.Server.ServerCommon.Exceptions.StopServerException: CmdID: f172b345-4351-434e-af18-883a28e48034 The server could not restore db connection within the 
allowed time (00:10:00) using connection string: Data Source=lync13sql01;Initial Catalog=mgc;Integrated Security=SSPI;Failover Partner=lync13sql02. ---> 
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. 
The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
 (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The network path was not found

Solution :

Il s'agit en fait d'une perte de connexion SQL entre votre serveur "Persistent Chat Room" et votre serveur SQL

Rétablissez la connexion, vérifiez qu'un telnet sur le port SQL (1433 par défaut) fonctionne, puis redémarrez le service RTCCHAT (Lync Server Persistent Chat)
