1. Correct IMAP/ POP Mail Server Settings
INCOMING MAIL SERVER:
Mail server name: servername-name.com
Port: 993(IMAP) / 995(POP)
Encryption: SSL/TLS
OUTGOING MAIL SERVER:
Mail server name: servername-name.com
Port: 465
Encryption: SSL/TLS

2. What you should choose IMAP/ POP?
IMAP: The IMAP Protocol allows access to mailbox from many different devices. This is possible because the data is stored on a server, instead of a local machine/ computer of the user. When a device accesses the e-mail account, the server will pull the data (e-mails) for the device.
