Diagnostic
Sur le serveur de Persistant Chat Room vous avez l'erreur suivante au niveau de l'event viewer :

Solution
Il s'agit en fait d'une perte de connexion SQL entre votre serveur "Persistent Chat Room" et votre serveur SQL
Rétablissez la connexion (Problème réseau, Service SQL non démarré), vérifiez qu'un telnet sur le port SQL (1433 par défaut) fonctionne, puis redémarrez le service RTCCHAT (lync / skype for business Server Persistent Chat)
Activer l'actualisation automatique des commentaires
