Se rendre sur la page https://manager.ex10.biz
Se connecter avec le compte client fourni par le service production. (du type 12345exch)
En bas à droite de la page d'accueil, sélectionner "Modèles e-mail"
Les 4 premiers mails ont été paramétrés automatiquement sur le compte Ikoula (mail de l'expéditeur, signature du message).
Pour personnaliser les e-mails avec les informations de votre entreprise, cliquer sur un des intitulés et cochez l'option "Ne pas tenir compte des paramètres Host". Vous pouvez alors modifier l'adresse de l'expéditeur et même l'objet du message :
Dans le corps du message, vous pouvez également indiquer votre propre signature :
Effectuez cette action au niveau du corps HTML et du corps de texte.
Ces modifications sont applicables sur l'ensemble des templates. Il vous suffit de répéter cette opération.
